Delivery Information

Display-to-Order Services: While our showroom items are not immediately available for purchase, you can easily order them online. We offer complimentary delivery within a 5-mile radius of our showroom. Alternatively, with an appointment. you can pick up your items directly from our showroom, located at 2323 Main St, Irvine, CA 92614.

In-Stock Items: Items marked "In-Stock" are available for Next-day pick-up at our showroom or free delivery within 10 miles.

 

Delivery Options:

  • Ground Delivery: Delivered to your main entrance, porch, or garage with a 12-hour appointment window. Signature required.**

 

  • In-Home Delivery: Brought inside your home's main entrance. 12-hour appointment window. Signature required.**

 

  • Room of Choice Delivery: Choose any room (within one flight of stairs). 12-hour appointment window. Signature required.**

  • In-Home Delivery with Full Assembly: Room of choice delivery plus full assembly. 12-hour appointment window. Signature required.**

 

** Note: For orders exceeding 3 items( 1 x Big Item,1 x Medium Item, and 1 x Small Item), additional delivery and assembly quotes will be provided.

 

 

Identity Verification: We require a government-issued ID that matches the purchasing card. If someone else is receiving the order, an email verification from the buyer is necessary. Email us at contact@catchfurniture.com.

Return Policy: Returns accepted within 30 days, subject to a 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs. The item must be unassembled and in original packaging.

Refund Policy: Refunds processed to the original payment method, minus applicable fees. If you receive a wrong or damaged item, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.

Product Inspection: Upon delivery, please:

  1. Check the box for damages.
  2. Verify product name and model number.
  3. Inspect the product after unpacking.

 

To initiate a return, email contact@catchfurniture.com with the reason for the return. Our customer service will respond within 1-3 Business days with return instructions.
